Head of Strategic People Partnering Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as Head of Strategic People Partnering. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in strategic talent development and workforce planning to drive business outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic workforce plans that align with the company's business objectives. They will work closely with senior leaders to understand organizational needs and develop effective solutions to drive performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Talent Planning and Development: Develop strategic workforce plans that anticipate future needs and ensure the organization has the necessary capabilities to achieve its goals.
  • Leadership Partnership: Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of people partners who can provide expert advice and support to business leaders.
  • Organizational Change Management: Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives by providing strategic insights and facilitating effective communication across all levels.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to drive decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree-level qualification in CIPD, Business Administration, or Organisation Design.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a strategic HR business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR analytics and performance metrics.
