About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Talent and Development Leader to join our People & Organisational Development directorate at Marie Curie UK.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of our talent development, performance management and learning frameworks and processes, ensuring they are aligned with our business strategy, objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented team in providing high-quality, professional services.
  • Develop and deliver strategic talent management solutions in large, complex organisations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive business outcomes.
  • Design, deliver, implement, and run organisational talent management and succession programmes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering talent management solutions in large, complex organisations, with expertise in talent management and development, having operated at senior level in this field within the private sector.
