Strategic Talent Development Leader

G-Research, a leading quantitative research and technology firm, seeks a high-calibre individual to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent management products.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and performance of the agility and outcomes portfolio, ensuring alignment with G-Research's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management products, including performance management, succession planning, and competencies.
- Conduct needs analysis and user testing to ensure products meet organisational needs.
- Integrate external best practices into talent management strategies.
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to build agility and outcome strategies.
- Manage high-visibility enterprise-wide products, including organisational principles, core competencies, and functional skills.
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Organisational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in building enterprise-wide products and leading talent management initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
