The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and performance of the agility and outcomes portfolio, ensuring alignment with G-Research's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management products, including performance management, succession planning, and competencies.
  • Conduct needs analysis and user testing to ensure products meet organisational needs.
  • Integrate external best practices into talent management strategies.
  • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to build agility and outcome strategies.
  • Manage high-visibility enterprise-wide products, including organisational principles, core competencies, and functional skills.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Organisational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in building enterprise-wide products and leading talent management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
