We are seeking a Head of Talent Management (TM) for our Europe Operations organization. As a TM professional, you would develop insights that inform our talent strategy and innovate new mechanisms to meet the highest strategic areas of need within the Operations organization.

This position partners with senior business leaders, HR leaders, and other specialists around the globe to understand business and talent priorities, dive deep into data to uncover macro talent trends, and partner with talent process owners to test hypotheses using data, develop and present new initiatives via written documents.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or an MBA. You should also possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for cultivating talent and their ability to achieve greatness.

A successful candidate will demonstrate analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality, and the ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations. Additionally, they should have HR Project Management experience with expertise in scoping, leading, and delivering complex projects.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This compensation package is competitive and reflective of the critical role this position plays in driving Amazon's success.
