Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead change management initiatives for a pivotal IT project. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in large-scale IT implementations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project leaders, HR, and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead change management efforts for a major IT project.
- Identify change-related risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans.
- Create and distribute compelling communication materials to engage stakeholders.
- Implement communication initiatives aimed at maximising positive adoption and minimising resistance.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate changes on stakeholders.
- Organise and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and enhance understanding.
- Collaborate with HR and process leads to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.
- Work closely with project management to align with project timelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to secure their support and active participation.
- Lead teams effectively to foster collaboration and drive progress.
- Maintain a proactive approach, efficiently managing priorities to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, particularly for large-scale IT projects.
- Proven ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Expertise in crafting and executing change management and communication strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information clearly.
- Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated capability in leading workshops and conducting change impact analyses.
- Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments.
