**Global Sales Operations Lead**

Oktopost Technologies is seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Global Sales Operations Lead. This critical role will be responsible for managing sales operations globally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Oktopost's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify training needs and address them effectively.
  • Create engaging training programs, workshops, and materials for the sales team.

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Sales management skills and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Compensation:** $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
