Global Sales Manager

The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success and efficiency of our Global Sales and Account Management team. This position requires someone with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably with a focus on global markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring sales teams and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth.
About the RoleAs a key member of our SalesOps team, you will lead projects that support the operational and strategic goals of the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, equipping the sales and account management teams with the tools and knowledge necessary for success, and developing operational and strategic reports and analyses.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably with a focus on global markets.
- Experience in structuring sales teams and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth.
- Proficient in Salesforce, experience with SQL, analytics and metric visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure the impact of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
