The Opportunity

This role supports the global sales team by identifying industry trends from internal and external sources to enhance sales performance. The successful candidate will provide in-depth analytics to assist sales teams in growing the business.

A highly motivated and self-starting individual with great team-playing skills is required to produce quality work. High standards and attention to detail are essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create efficient methods for collecting comprehensive sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, market research, and industry reports.
  • Provide analytical support to Sales team members for decision-making, ROI analysis, and tracking of KPIs and objectives.
  • Perform market trend analysis: monitor competitive activity, customer, and market trends, anomalies, and other insights.
  • Understand and deliver market insights: assist Sales teams to provide accurate sales forecasting, analysing sales data to drive revenue growth and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a sales analyst role within the Commercial Real Estate, PropTech sectors, or technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret large datasets efficiently.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, analytics, CRM systems, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with energy and utility consumption, ESG metrics, targets, and goals.
