Strategic Sales Director for Global Relocation Solutions

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Strategic Sales Director to lead client development efforts and sustainably grow the business.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with B2B sales within the global mobility or relocation industry, ensuring seamless client relationships and sales pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete RFIs/RFPs as part of the sales process, collaborating closely with colleagues as required
  • Represent Alchemy Global Talent Solutions at client meetings, conferences, and industry events as a brand ambassador (some international travel may be necessary)
  • Effectively manage the sales process from start to finish, maintaining a strong working relationship with corporate clients of interest
  • Promote thought leadership content to generate sales interest and develop client relationships
  • Create and grow a robust sales pipeline, offering established and new services within the relocation and global mobility industries
  • Closely collaborate with the Client Development team to promote Relocation services offered

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education is preferred
  • International work or living experience would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English is essential, with fluency in a European language being an advantage
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform such as Salesforce is preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a great personality
  • Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable Experience:
  • Understanding of the Global Mobility/Relocation industry
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the aforementioned industries or comparable sectors
  • A proven track record of business development success in a corporate sales or B2C capacity
  • Experience building a sales pipeline and leading sales progress

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
