Global Sales Operations Strategist

In this pivotal position as a Global Sales Operations Strategist at ALDAR, you will play a crucial role in driving sales excellence across our international real estate development projects. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Country operations, your primary objective will be to collaborate with senior leaders to formulate and refine the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies that optimize processes, achieve revenue targets, and enhance customer journeys.
- Supervise pre- and post-sales processes, including sales force enhancements, digital sales solutions, and payment methods.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to boost sales operations efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer management, legal, and IT, to drive operational excellence.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales management operations within large real estate companies in the GCC or internationally.
- Prior experience in developing and executing sales strategies, leading teams, and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify performance trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
