About the Role

Temenos Headquarters SA is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Global Sales Enablement Strategist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity and effectiveness within our global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and operations to deliver training, content, and tools that optimize sales performance
  • Oversee the creation of a scalable, data-driven enablement framework that empowers the sales team with the knowledge, resources, and skills to meet and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership, ideally within a SaaS or technology company targeting financial services
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global sales enablement programs that deliver measurable results
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales playbooks, content management strategies, and sales training programs
