Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Process Strategist to join our team at ECR Global. The ideal candidate will have extensive P2P experience and a proven track record of delivering results in global, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Lead and oversee the full P2P lifecycle globally, ensuring that all procurement, invoice processing, and payment activities are consistent and efficient across all regions.
  • Process Strategy and Optimisation: Develop a global P2P process strategy that aligns with overall business goals, focusing on streamlining processes, reducing costs, and driving operational excellence.
  • Process Standardisation and Governance: Establish and enforce global standards, policies, and governance structures to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and champion initiatives to automate and optimise the P2P process.
  • Technology & Automation: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement and enhance P2P technologies, leveraging data and automation to improve process efficiency and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and regional teams, to ensure alignment and successful process adoption.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the P2P process and drive accountability across teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the P2P process complies with local, regional, and international regulations, as well as corporate policies and audit requirements.
