Senior Global Process Owner - P2P | FTC
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Process Owner (GPO) - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to join our client's team on a short FTC and take ownership of the P2P function across the organisation.
As the GPO, you will be responsible for managing the global P2P strategy, ensuring process consistency and efficiency across regions.
You'll play a key role in driving process improvements, optimising the use of technology, and ensuring the organisation meets its compliance and financial objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with extensive P2P experience who thrives in global, complex environments and has a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Process Ownership: Lead and oversee the full P2P lifecycle globally, ensuring that all procurement, invoice processing, and payment activities are consistent and efficient across all regions.
- Process Strategy and Optimisation: Develop a global P2P process strategy that aligns with overall business goals. Focus on streamlining processes, reducing costs, and driving operational excellence across the organisation.
- Process Standardisation and Governance: Establish and enforce global standards, policies, and governance structures to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and champion initiatives to automate and optimise the P2P process.
- Technology & Automation: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement and enhance P2P technologies (e.g., ERP systems, procurement tools). Leverage data and automation to improve process efficiency and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including procurement, finance, and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful process adoption.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the P2P process. Drive accountability across teams for meeting targets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the P2P process complies with local, regional, and international regulations, as well as corporate policies and audit requirements.
This position is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), and we are seeking candidates who are available to start on short notice.
