Job Description

As a Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and compliance from a financial perspective for all legal entities. You will set KPIs and meet anticipated targets by focusing on global process design, deployment, and optimization.

  • Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for Record to Report processes.
  • Possess ownership of R2R processes and act as subject matter expert for process documentation.
  • Partner and collaborate with Group Reporting, Group FP&A, Reportable Segment FDs, and Country Finance leads to ensure effective support and best-in-class user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy setting and writing, and aligning standards and procedures of the process with other Process Owners.
  • Set and oversee the maintenance of Record to Report process level master data, in alignment with global data policy and standards.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Control and Tax teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (in accounting, finance, or equivalent) + Professional Accounting qualification.
  • Extensive experience in the R2R domain (> 10 years), with a strong understanding of the R2R end-to-end process.
  • Excellent understanding of critical success factors as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.
