Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the effective management of our global cash flow.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic treasury initiatives to optimize cash flow and reduce financial risks;
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance liquidity management;
  3. Analyzing and reporting on liquidity, risk, forecasts, and regulatory requirements;

You will be responsible for creating opportunities to drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in treasury management and providing accurate cash flow forecasts and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury management, with a solid track record and relevant qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/AMCT/MCT etc);
  • International treasury management experience in regulated financial services or complex multinational environments;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical expertise into solutions and process guidance;
  • Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
