Director of Global Sales Incentives

We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Sales Incentives to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our sales compensation function, you will be responsible for overseeing commissions for over 400 commercial employees across 8 offices worldwide.
What You'll Do:- You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement compensation plans that drive sales growth and revenue
- You will oversee the calculation of commission payments for over 400 commercial employees globally
- You will conduct cost modeling to evaluate the feasibility and financial impact of new commission plan design elements and target changes
- You will ensure data integrity and accuracy of plan calculations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales compensation, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Extensive background in overseeing decentralized teams with a commitment to creating a performance-oriented workplace
- Deep understanding of sales compensation plans, commission structures, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience using sales compensation tools
We offer a competitive compensation package including:
- A salary of approximately $135,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus structure tied to individual and team performance
- 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
