Job Title: IT Incentive Compensation SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Incentive Compensation Specialist to join our team at Global Banking School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incentive compensation processes, experience with data integration, troubleshooting, and reporting. This role will ensure that the system is configured correctly, supports business needs, and delivers accurate compensation calculations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations between Varicent and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Ensure accurate data loading and extraction, including troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain data transformation scripts using SQL, ETL tools (Symon AI), or Varicent's built-in functionality.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into compensation performance.
  • Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the integrity of compensation data.
  • Provide technical support to users, including investigating and resolving system issues.
  • Document system configurations, changes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and training.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements.
  • Participate in the design and testing of new compensation plans and policies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Varicent functionality and processes.About You:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in a similar role managing Varicent or other Incentive Compensation Management platforms.
    • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
    • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
    • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
