About the Role:
The Plaza Premium Group is seeking an experienced HR Compensation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies, analyzing market data to inform compensation decisions, and collaborating with local HR teams to develop and review incentive plans and reward programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and bonuses based on performance.
