Payroll and Compensation Specialist

Job Description
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Office Angels, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by developing and implementing effective compensation strategies. You will work closely with the HR Director to ensure that our client's compensation and benefits offerings are aligned with their business objectives.
You will have deep expertise in compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Conducting market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures and equitable practices.
- Managing job architecture and position evaluations to ensure transparency and fairness in compensation proposals.
- Leading the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonuses, and commission schemes.
- Overseeing HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key HR metrics, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with local compensation regulations and global policies.
- Managing payroll compensation changes and ensuring accuracy throughout the year in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist.
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
