Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll and Pensions Assistant to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in payroll and pensions administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage pension contributions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of pension processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll and pensions administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
Compensation and Benefits:
