Portfolio Payroll is currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will support the Payroll Manager and contribute to the wider HR function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with monthly payroll processing for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submissions.
- Preparing HMRC submissions and managing statutory deductions.
- Administering company benefit schemes, including liaising with benefits providers and brokers.
- Supporting payroll-related projects and acting as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
