Portfolio Payroll is currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will support the Payroll Manager and contribute to the wider HR function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting with monthly payroll processing for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submissions.
  2. Preparing HMRC submissions and managing statutory deductions.
  3. Administering company benefit schemes, including liaising with benefits providers and brokers.
  4. Supporting payroll-related projects and acting as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
