About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as a Senior Benefits Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all benefits strategies, including statutory payments, pension contributions, and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK and Ireland.

You will also be responsible for benefit administration for the UK, including remittance reconciliations, processing joiners, leavers, and life event changes. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll and tax enquiries, and serve as a point of contact for third-party payroll, benefit administrators, and benefit brokers.

Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures, and in assisting with benefits benchmarking, analysis, and reporting.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
