Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our busy payroll team at Portfolio Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volume monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all payroll tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Process high volume monthly payrolls, including EPS & FPS, manual payments, overtime, and holidays.
  2. Manage payroll data, apply statutory regulations, and resolve queries via reference to historical data.
  3. Complete manual calculations, data entry, and verify data accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume in-house payroll department.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver to deadlines.
Salary:

£37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience.
