Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sole Payroll Specialist. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing monthly payrolls for approximately 500 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process monthly payrolls for approximately 500 employees
  2. Administer statutory deductions, HMRC submissions, and benefits
  3. Resolve payroll queries and process starter and leaver information
  4. Manage year-end activities
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of payroll processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
