Job Description

The Senior Administrator role sits within the Compensation and Benefits Team of the Group Human Resources Department, which delivers a full-service HR function across the JTC Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, developing, and delivering compensation programs that enable JTC to attract and retain top talent available in the market. You will also assist in designing and maintaining pay policies and procedures that comply with all statutory requirements in each jurisdiction.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Process monthly and ad hoc multi-jurisdictional payrolls ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and clearly defined payroll records, adhering to company processes and controls.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within the JTC Group.
