At Crone Corkill, we are seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our team. This is a 6-month contract within the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, Bonus, LTI plan and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe.

  • Pre-population of all back-end Workday data fields (e.g. job levels, salary ranges, job codes etc)
  • Ensuring appropriate access levels and data security is in effective within Workday
  • Executing on the annual communication plan across all business leaders and managers as part of the reward cycle
  • Effective project management and delivery of the reward cycle, ensuring full collaboration with HR Business Partners "HRBPs" and business leaders; education of Workday system and standard reporting as required
  • Management of all pre-promotion nominations, following through to conclusion and final sign-off; including job level scoring and salary benchmarking within with WTW GGS
  • Undertaking appropriate governance and compliance checks, ensuring compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • First point of call for all Workday technical issues and questions
  • Working with HRBP's to advise and resolve recommendation anomalies, escalation to Head of HR as needed
  • Production of Total Reward statements and effective distribution
  • Undertaking full audit reviews of Workday and Payroll throughout and post close of the cycle

Our ideal candidate should have experience working with Workday and a strong understanding of compensation practices. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
