Role Overview
As a skilled Enterprise Compensation Specialist at Global Banking School, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. This role requires a strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and experience with data integration, troubleshooting, and reporting. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations between Varicent and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Ensure accurate data loading and extraction, including troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain data transformation scripts using SQL, ETL tools (Symon AI), or Varicent's built-in functionality.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into compensation performance.
  • Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the integrity of compensation data.
  • Provide technical support to users, including investigating and resolving system issues.
  • Document system configurations, changes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role managing Varicent or other Incentive Compensation Management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
