About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Total Rewards professional to join a leading management consulting firm in London. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive benefits program that includes private medical, dental, insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough compensation analyses to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement total rewards strategies that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 2 professionals responsible for international benefits and compensation administration.
  • Pension Administration: Manage pension administration and contributions for the organization.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in total rewards or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Radford and WTW surveys.
  • Experience working in consulting or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of EMEA and APAC markets, including India.
