HR Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Portfolio HR & Reward. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our new Workday HR system, ensuring seamless data migration, and providing exceptional HR services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS and Reporting: Input HR-related data into Workday, maintain holiday/absence records, and perform data audits and cleansing between Workday and ADP.
  • Workday Implementation: Assist with data migration into Workday, absence, and payroll, and design help text for Employee Self-Service.
  • Benefits Administration: Maintain employee details on benefits portals, promote employee benefits, and keep the Intranet up to date.
  • Compensation Analysis: Analyze benchmarking data from Willis Towers Watson and update existing compensation levels.
  • Learning and Development: Prepare reporting and systems for the company-wide rollout of online compliance training.
  • General Administration: Manage the Group HR mailbox, respond to employee queries, and ensure invoices are passed onto Finance in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience within HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Workday experience.
  • Experience with a similar project and implementation of a new HR/Payroll System.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Experience working with US counterparts and awareness of time zones would be desirable.
  • A confident, warm personality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A team player who is able to positively contribute to and collaborate with the whole department.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously, using initiative and proficient problem-solving skills.
