Position Title:
Workday HR Operations Specialist

Compensation:
£80,000 plus performance-related bonus

Work Arrangement:
London / hybrid

Contract Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

JGA Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent financial services firm in search of a Workday HR Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a Workday expert with a strong background in HR data analysis and project management related to HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR administrative duties within Workday throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Analyze and review benchmarking data.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR processes within the Workday system.

Involvement in Project Management for:
- Benefits renewal initiatives
- Employee engagement strategies
- Performance evaluation processes
- Workday superuser responsibilities
- Workday compensation and benefits modules
- Evidence of project management participation
