About the Role

The Reward Team at Travelex is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally. As a key member of this team, you will provide insights and recommendations through internal and external market reviews and analysis to ensure that data supports informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual Reward processes, including pay review and bonuses, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support the Reward Analyst in maintaining the Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Review salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shifts, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Support the Head of Reward on development and research of new initiatives, including incentive design and implementation.
  • Lead on the implementation of new reward initiatives, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare ad-hoc presentations and proposals to communicate complex Reward topics to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with third-party benefit providers and resolve escalated benefits and pensions queries.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Advanced experience in compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex Reward topics into clear and concise language.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets, ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS (Workday) and Excel (and vice versa).
  • Workday or larger HCM experience, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable leading projects across multiple departments, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
