This role seeks an Interim Reward Projects Specialist for a financial services firm based in London. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and enhancing the company's reward and recognition programmes.

Description

Design and implement reward strategies and programmes.Conduct extensive market research to ensure competitiveness of reward programmes.Collaborate with HR and Management to develop recognition initiatives.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices within the financial services industry.Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as: Compensation related policy adaptationCompensation related Process EngineeringExpat (Outward bound) Policy DevelopmentAssisting with an upcoming Benefits and Well-being fairProfile

A successful Interim Reward Projects Specialist should have:

Proven experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.Demonstrable current experience of compensation based policy and procedure design and reviewExceptional project management skills.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Strong knowledge of reward strategies in a corporate and global environmentJob OfferA daily rate, inside IR35 of £400-£500 per day (Umbrella or PAYE equivalent)An inclusive and forward-thinking company culture.The opportunity to work in the heart of London.
