OVERVIEW
As a Spa Supervisor, you will support the Assistant Spa Manager in the daily operations of the Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms, ensuring top-notch professionalism and 5* customer service.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...
You will lead a team of therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and treatment standards. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be part of the spa management team responsible for business cover and overall supervision of treatments.
Responsibilities include enforcing operational procedures, maintaining appearance standards, optimizing scheduling for profitability, and addressing immediate issues efficiently.
You will also oversee client bookings, stock levels, sales figures, and promotional activities.

Minimum of 18 months experience in a Senior Therapist role is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
You will assess business needs, delegate tasks effectively, build rapport with employees and suppliers, and lead departmental briefings in the absence of senior management.
Communicate performance standards clearly, motivate the team, and encourage a positive work environment with low staff turnover.
Lead by example, demonstrate excellent customer care skills, and support the team's professional growth through regular meetings and development opportunities.
Ensure effective communication of new initiatives and promotions to the team.
