OVERVIEW
As the Night Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the night-time management of the Front Office Team, ensuring that all team members are equipped and knowledgeable to provide guests with an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
The Night Operations Supervisor is responsible for creating positive first impressions for our guests and must execute the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Oversee the complete Front Office operations to uphold exceptional standards
- Assist the Night Manager in assessing guest satisfaction levels and tracking trends, focusing on continuous enhancement
- Serve as a primary contact for valued and regular guests
- Conduct Night Audit responsibilities
- Optimize room occupancy at competitive rates and employ up-selling strategies to promote hotel amenities and services
- Represent the Night Manager and other senior personnel in their absence, assuming full responsibility for the hotel
- Adhere to all security and emergency protocols and manage their implementation as necessary
- Provide comprehensive handover to the early shift staff / Duty Manager
- Participate in relevant training programs and support the Night Team's training and development initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel offerings, services, pricing, and policies, along with familiarity with the local area
- Perform Health and Safety inspections and Night Walks
- Keep an updated awareness of all hotel areas
