POSITION SUMMARY
As the Assistant Manager for Night Front Office, you will play a vital role in overseeing the night-time operations of the Front Office Team, ensuring that team members are equipped and knowledgeable to provide guests with an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Manager for Night Front Office is accountable for shaping the initial impressions of our guests and must execute the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise the entire Front Office operation to uphold superior standards
- Assist the Night Manager in assessing guest satisfaction levels and tracking trends with a focus on ongoing enhancement
- Serve as a primary contact for regular and important guests
- Conduct Night Audit responsibilities
- Optimize room occupancy at competitive rates and utilize up-selling strategies to promote hotel amenities and services
- Represent the Night Manager and other senior management in their absence, assuming full responsibility for the hotel
- Adhere to all security and emergency protocols and manage their implementation as necessary
- Provide comprehensive handover to early staff / Duty Manager
- Participate in relevant training sessions as required and support the training and development of the Night Team
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel offerings, services, pricing, and policies, as well as familiarity with the local area
- Perform Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks
- Keep a vigilant awareness of all hotel areas
