About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Food and Beverage Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service skills, sparkling personality, and good levels of spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provide a consistent service and give assistance to guests for tables and menus.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience, in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Constantly monitor guests to anticipate their needs and communicate effectively.
