About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provide a consistent service and give assistance to the guests.
  • Assist the Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience, in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Constantly monitor the guests in order to anticipate their needs, communicating effectively.
