Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving and clearing food and beverages, and assisting with food and beverage order taking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consistent and high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve and clear food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist with food and beverage order taking and enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor guests to anticipate their needs and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
