Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate

Rate of Pay: £11.45 per hour plus benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Details: 5 days out of 7 – including weekends

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hospitable individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team as a Food & Beverage Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service skills, sparkling personality, and good levels of spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provide a consistent service and give assistance to guests for tables and menus.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience, in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Constantly monitor guests to anticipate their needs and communicate effectively.
