Job Title: Casual Food and Beverage Associate

Department: The Celtic Collection Food and Beverage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving and clearing food and beverages, and assisting with food and beverage order taking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve and clear food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide a consistent service and give assistance to guests
  • Assist the Manager and Supervisor in Food and Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience
  • Monitor guests to anticipate their needs and communicate effectively
