OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Public Area Supervisor to oversee and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards in our public spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the luxury hospitality sector. At our esteemed 5-star resort, you will ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently met. This role involves supervising and inspiring your team, guiding them to achieve outstanding productivity and maintain high standards at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that all designated areas reflect a 5-star standard, ensuring guest satisfaction. The successful Public Area Supervisor will be an effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, fostering a collaborative team environment. Leading by example, you will thrive under pressure, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with Opera (computer system) will be advantageous.

The Celtic Collection is a distinguished group of unique hotels and event venues located in South Wales, stemming from the success of the Celtic Manor Resort. This flagship destination has been recognized as the Best UK Hotel for nine of the last ten years at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards.
