About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets
  • Ensure that all events are delivered to a high standard, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Manage the delivery of special dietary options and ensure that all guests receive their required meal
  • Brief your team prior to service to ensure everyone is clear in their duties and check your area
  • Be well-organized, able to prioritize your work, and think on your feet as changes often happen with short notice

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel or volume banqueting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service and a professional attitude
