Job Title: Bars Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Bars Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at The Celtic Collection.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This will involve managing daily events, supervising staff, and ensuring that high standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver plated meals to a section of tables during dinner service
  • Manage the delivery of special dietary options and ensure that every guest receives their required meal
  • Brief staff prior to service to ensure everyone is clear in their duties and check the area
  • Be well-organized, able to prioritize work, and think on your feet as changes often happen with short notice
