Job Title: Bars Team Leader About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will need to have a good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of staff to deliver daily events, including small events, meetings, and lunch services * Supervise a team of up to 12 staff during dinner service to deliver plated meals to a section of tables * Manage the delivery of special dietary options and ensure every guest receives their required meal * Brief your team prior to service to ensure everyone is clear in their duties and check your area What We Offer: As an employee of The Celtic Collection, you can enjoy a range of incredible perks, lifestyle and retail discounts, and career development opportunities.
