We are seeking a Public Area Supervisor to oversee and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards in our public spaces.

Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that all designated areas reflect a 5-star standard, ensuring guest satisfaction. The successful Public Area Supervisor will be an effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, a collaborative team player, and a leader who exemplifies excellence under pressure. Attention to detail, a passion for the hospitality industry, and pride in your work are essential. Previous experience in a similar position and familiarity with Opera (software system) would be advantageous.

The Celtic Collection is a distinguished portfolio of unique hotels and event venues located in South Wales, built upon the success of the Celtic Manor Resort, recognized as the Best UK Hotel at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards for nine of the last ten years.
The resort has hosted prestigious events, including the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup, and is renowned as one of Europe's premier destinations for luxury getaways, family vacations, special celebrations, golfing retreats, and corporate events.
