OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Public Area Supervisor who will be tasked with upholding exceptional cleanliness standards across our public spaces.

CANDIDATE PROFILE ...
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the luxury hospitality sector. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently upheld, fostering an environment of excellence. You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team, ensuring that they meet and exceed productivity expectations while maintaining high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ...
Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that all designated areas reflect a 5-star standard, contributing to overall guest satisfaction. The successful Public Area Supervisor will demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English, and the ability to lead by example. A strong team spirit, capability to thrive under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with Opera (computer system) will be advantageous.
