Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading small teams to assist in the delivery of daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Supervise event staff, including event coordinators, waiters, and bartenders
  • Ensure high-quality service standards are met, including prompt and efficient service, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution
