We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of events and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality events
