Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Supervise event staff, including event coordinators, waiters, and bartenders.
  • Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained throughout events.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement event strategies.
