Job Title: Conference and Events Team Leader About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets. Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of up to 12 staff to deliver plated meals to a section of tables and ensure every guest receives the required meal, including managing special dietary options. * Brief your team prior to service to ensure everyone is clear in their duties and check your area. * Be well-organized, prioritize your work, and think on your feet as changes often happen with short notice. * Meet and greet clients and provide exceptional customer service. * Develop skills and experience to enable you to confidently deliver events for up to 150 people.
